Businessmen visit Dining Village in Dragon City

Prominent investors in the Food and Beverages sector in the Kingdom on Wednesday paid an introductory visit to Dining Village in Dragon City at the invitation of Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest urban development companies in Bahrain.

Diyar Al Muharraq extended the invitation to acquaint the businessmen with the exquisite investment opportunities available at the venue.

The visiting delegation was received by high ranking officials from Diyar Al Muharraq and was given a brief presentation of the project, followed by a tour of Dining Village.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Executive Officer at Diyar Al Muharraq Dr. Maher Al Shaer said: “These investment opportunities are indeed very attractive as Dining Village is located within close proximity to the recently opened 115,000 sqm Dragon Mall, and Dining Village is expected to benefit from the estimated 6 million customers per annum anticipated to frequent this destination.”

Dr. Al Shaer hailed the positive outcome of this visit as a number of units were reserved on the spot by investors.

“Dining Village is earmarked to become the ideal Dining destination for spending quality time with family and friends as it is a unique concept offering approximately 7000 sqm of land area encompassing a total of 18 Food and Beverage outlets,” Dr. Al Shaer added.

Premises have typically been designed to structurally allow for the addition of a second floor or mezzanine and terrace area, potentially doubling the floor area of the Restaurant. Tenants will be able to extend seating into the courtyard, within an individual external seating area, making Dining Village a European street style dining experience where customers can wander easily between restaurants until selecting their choice destination.
