Four Seasons unveils new food, beverage promotions
Manama : On the heels of celebrating its 1st anniversary, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay announced the launch of its enhanced food and beverage programme featuring Fiesta Mexicana and Fisherman’s Night taking place at Bahrain Bay Kitchen.
The all-day dining venue on the Hotel’s ground floor has already made its debut with its forever favourite Friday Brunch concept, which attracts over a hundred brunchers each Friday who enjoy lavish culinary offerings, including five unique food stations serving Arabic, Western, Indian, Japanese and Chinese delicacies.
Helmed by Executive Chef Stefano Andreoli, the new concepts have come to life under the auspices of Chef de Cuisine Christian Buenrostro with dessert offerings crafted by the Hotel’s Pastry Chef Imad Boukli.
Mexican cuisine at its best
Capturing the essence of viva la fiesta, Fiesta Mexicana showcases the rich and exotic flavours of Mexico through the eyes of Mexican-born Chef de Cuisine Christian Buenrostro.
Guests enjoy panoramic Bahrain Bay views from their table dressed in Mexican colours and indulge their senses in an authentic Mexican menu showcasing fresh and sustainable items such as poached prawns, calamari, octopus and red snapper at the lavish ceviche station as well as an inviting guacamole corner.
Signature menu items include a wide variety of chicken and beef dishes including tacos, fajitas and quesadillas stations.
“The Fiesta Mexicana concept was born out of the desire to provide our guests with an authentic Mexican experience,” says Chef de Cuisine Christian Buenrostro. “It allows us to highlight Mexico’s amazing cuisine and culture.”
With the stunning backdrop, an extensive mocktail and cocktail menu combined with diverse music, Bahrain Bay Kitchen’s Fiesta Mexicana is the gathering place of the city to experience authentic Mexican culture combined with savoury cuisine.
Fiesta Mexicana is priced at BD 18 per person excluding beverages, and available from February 29 every Monday from 7:00 until 11:00 pm until June, then after a summer break will continue from September to December with the usual Monday timing.
