Savills launch new luxury developments

Manama: Savills Bahrain offered a sneak preview of an exclusive luxury development on the French Riviera called Parc du Cap, at an event held at the popular Capital Club  recently. The development is being offered to private investors in Bahrain, only via global property agency Savills. Parc du Cap, according to Savills, will suit investors in Bahrain who are looking for a ‘safe haven’ for the storage and enjoyment of wealth.

“Parc du Cap really is a unique offering. There has been very little development in the area and certainly not at this level of detail and specification” said Alex Balkin, Head of Savills French Riviera.

Parc du Cap comprises 88 apartments ranging from one bedroom apartments to penthouses. Located 200m from the ‘Pinède’ in Juan Les Pins. The two five storey buildings are set in landscaped gardens surrounding the outdoor swimming pool. Parc du Cap will be ready for occupation in July 2016
