To settle property disputes; TAMKEEN, BBS LAUNCH SPECIALIZED CERTIFICATE

As part of its efforts to provide Bahrainis with the skills and qualifications needed to develop their careers, Tamkeen, along with the Bahrain Bar Society (BBS), launched an Engineering Arbitration certification specialized in settling real estate and property disputes.

The new certificate is part of Tamkeen’s Professional Certification Scheme, which provides citizens an opportunity to obtain internationally accredited certificates.

Under this scheme, Tamkeen pays 100 per cent of the cost of registration for a professional certificate upon the successful completion of the course and attainment of the certificate.

Commenting on the launch of the new certification, Vice President for Human Capital Development at Tamkeen Amal Al-Kooheji said, “With labour market requirements continuously changing, it is necessary to provide skilled professionals who can cope with such changes.”

“This includes the law profession; where there is an urgent need to close certain skill gaps. Tamkeen is therefore pleased to cooperate with the Bahrain Bar Society to include this prestigious engineering arbitration certificate in its professional certification scheme to provide law professionals in Bahrain the opportunity to fast-track their careers,” he added.
