Al Salam Bank rolls out its new self-service “iBANK”

Manama : Al Salam Bank-Bahrain has launched a newly developed iBANK services that will deliver quicker service time-frame without the need to wait in the branch queues. iBANK will allow customers to apply for banking products electronically including opening an account or applying for financing facilities. 

The facility also allows to print account statements, view account or card transactions and balances, make card payments in real-time and, make requests to receive new ATM PIN or chequebook and much more. On this occasion, Anwar Murad, First Deputy CEO of Al Salam Bank-Bahrain, said: “It is a step forward towards the bank’s overall transformation that will complement the digital banking strategy.”

The Bank will equip its three branches located at Budaiya branch, Isa Town branch and Salmabad branch with iBANK services and it will set up soon at other. Customers applying for the bank’s products through self-service will be contacted by a dedicated Customer Service Agent/ Relationship Manager.
