New Picture-Perfect Brunches at Four Seasons Hotel

Manama : A great start to the weekend sets the tone for welcomed relaxation and reconnection at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.  Bahrain Bay Kitchen, the Hotel’s international cuisine restaurant, curates ambiances to place “feel-good” priorities first. Executive Chef Hyung Gyu Kim paired with Vincent Chasseignaux, Director of Food and Beverage, has created distinct brunch experiences, enjoyable for all ages. 

Carnival Fridays

Every Friday in September Bahrain Bay Kitchen hosts a Back To School Brunch. The family-friendly, celebratory atmosphere is uplifting. The brunch presents both fun and flavours. 

Saturday Sushi and Seafood Brunch in October and November

The brunch presents a multi-sensory feast from the sea. Crab and mussel displays. Seafood drizzled in flavoursome sauces. Executive Chef Kim has successfully elevated the sushi culture at Bahrain Bay Kitchen. Irresistible sushi and maki rolls are main highlights in the brunch experience.

Friday Market Brunch in November and December

The Bahrain Bay Kitchen Market Brunch emphasises carefree living on a grand scale. From oven to table and farm to fork, the brunch also celebrates local Bahraini food producers.

Friday Sushi Night by the Beach

Guests can select Japanese inspired sashimi, nigiri and maki rolls, all beautifully arranged to tempt and delight. As the sun sets the resident music sommelier DJ EVO plays favoured tracks to instil a cool beachside vibe. Commencing October 5, 2018. From 6:00–10:30 pm
