APM gets Safety Excellence award
APM Terminals Bahrain, the operator of Khalifa Bin Salman Port (KBSP), has been recognised with the Ministry of Labour Safety Excellence Award for 2018. The award recognises outstanding efforts of the company for its compliance and implementation of occupational health and safety in the workplace.
The award was presented on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa by the Minister of Labour and Social Development, Jameel Humaidan, alongside Undersecretary of the Ministry, Sabah Al Dossary, to Jordana Semaan, General Manager - Human resources for APM Terminals Bahrain. APM Terminals Bahrain is also the only transportation and logistics company in the Kingdom to receive this award from Ministry of Labour and Social Development in 2018.
