Invita partners with Solidarity Bahrain
Bahrain-based Invita, an ISO 9001:2008 and PCI DSS v3.2 certified regional provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has signed a contract with Solidarity Bahrain to manage the services offered by its contact center. The move will produce a dedicated team of agents who will be responsible for providing timely assistance to customers via telephone and being the first contact point to address their many needs.
