Standard Chartered makes new senior appointments
Standard Chartered has named Ekram Rajab as the new Head of Distribution and Hussain Abdulla Isa as the new Head of Client Acquisition. Abdulla Bukhowa, Chief Executive Officer for Standard Chartered Bank Bahrain said, “Ekram’s and Hussain’s leadership and experience will further strengthen our engagement with clients in Bahrain through our outlets and innovative financial solutions.
We have a solid commitment to the country and our stakeholders, and we will continue to support the development of Bahrainis and the Bahraini economy and our communities.” Ekram Rajab, who joined Standard Chartered more than 14 years ago has extensive experience in managing sales and distribution teams.
In her new role, Ekram will drive the Bank’s strategy for distribution and client reach. Hussain Abdulla Isa has been with Standard Chartered for over 20 years, and in his new role will drive the Bank’s strategy in client acquisition within the various segments of customers by providing differentiated financial product offering and innovative solutions.
