Registration opens for “MicroShabab” forum
Future Society for Youth will organise the second edition of “MicroShabab” Forum at Crowne Plaza Bahrain, which will focus on “opportunities and challenges of electronic applications and stores”. The two-day event from 6-7 July 2019 will be held under the patronage of Zayed bin Rashid Alzayani Minister of Industry, Commerce & Tourism and in strategic partnership with Tamkeen Labor Fund.
Public and private institutions and SME entrepreneurs will participate. The event is paralleled to the 2018 Youth Summit organised by the National Programme for the development of Youth and Sports Sector – Estijabah under the supervision of HM the King’s Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The Forum will focus on exploring the prospects, opportunities and challenges of electronic applications and stores, their impact on the various aspects of work and life. It will also discuss e-commerce, and main obstacles to its growth among young entrepreneurs, and the role of the government in supporting and encouraging its growth.
