Solidarity introduces Video Insurance Service
Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding has announced introducing a first of its kind Video Insurance Service aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
The service enables the customers to interact with customer service through a video call and conduct transactions such as registering or tracking a claim, obtaining quotes or renewing policies.
Jawad Mohammed, CEO, Solidarity Bahrain stated: “The service is in its pilot phase and currently available in Solidarity’s Seef Mall branch only and we are planning to expand this digital service to the other branches shortly”.
