Durrat Marina participates in Cityscape

Durrat Marina, a leading real estate development project and one of the Kingdom’s prime examples of marina lifestyle has confirmed its participation in Cityscape Global 2015.

A major regional residential and commercial real estate showcase, Cityscape Global will be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, UAE, (DWTC) from 8 to 10 September 2016 under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Durrat Marina is established under the laws and regulations of Bahrain for the principal purpose of developing and selling premier
Marina & Real Estate establishment in the Kingdom. 

Durrat Marina will seek to highlight its ongoing and upcoming projects at Cityscape Global 2015, which represents a critical platform for reaching real estate market participants. The presence of a panel of developers and project companies means the general public and those specifically interested in the industry will find a solid selection of projects to explore.

Infrastructure works have also started on Phase II of the project to make way for the construction of a new set of canal facing villas and other prime residential developments. The Durrat Marina team will be introducing the investment opportunities in the project and will be taking interest on plots of land available for development.
