AUB’s POS terminals to accept bwallet

Ahli United Bank (AUB), a leading regional banking group and Arab Financial Services (AFS), have partnered to add bwallet acceptance to AUB’s innovative acquiring solution – the first Android-based POS terminals in Bahrain. AUB’s all-in-one payment solution can now support the digital mobile wallet, bwallet.

This is in addition to supporting international and domestic payment schemes and FinTech payment options including contactless cards, NFC and QR codebased transactions. bwallet was launched in 2018 by AFS in partnership with Batelco, Bahrain’s leading digital solutions provider. bwallet offers a host of secure, convenient and seamless features including Peer-to-Peer Money Transfer, International Money Transfer, Bill Splitting, CardOn-File and Batelco In-App Bill Payments.
