INVITA recertified for IS PCI-DSS compliance

Bahrain-based Invita, a regional provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, has now been re-certified for PCI-DSS compliance certification v3.2.1. Invita was the first Third Party BPO in Bahrain to receive the PCI DSS Certification in 2017. PCI-DSS stands for Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standards, developed by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, consisting of best practices for handling Customer Credit & Debit Card transactions.
Considering potential threats, all the banks and financial institutions in Bahrain were required by the Central Bank of Bahrain to comply with PCI-DSS. Invita CE Rahul Bhalla said, “Our commitment to our clients, has been the main driving factor for us to achieve and continually maintain compliance to PCI-DSS. The PCI-DSS Compliance certification helps us to demonstrate our devotion to protecting Card Holder Data.”
