"Gulf Air" resumes direct flights to Jeddah
It announced that Gulf Air - the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain - is proud to resume direct flights to and from Saudi Arabia starting in Jeddah on 27 September; With its intention to resume flights to more of its Saudi destinations soon.
Gulf Air operates its flights to and from its destinations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its strong network that has existed between the two kingdoms for decades. This regional network feeds the airline’s global network of destinations as a whole. By resuming its flights to Jeddah, the airline will have flown back to nearly 40% of its original network destinations. And that is through its current flights to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Cairo, Amman, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Athens, Manila, Dhaka, and a number of destinations in India and Pakistan.
Being one of the few airlines that continued its commercial operations; Gulf Air continues to work closely with government authorities across its various destinations in its network to resume operations once airports in those destinations are open. Gulf Air is proud of its resilient network by adapting instantly to government instructions and the directives of civil aviation affairs authorities in its network destinations and by its response to continuous changes and updates regarding operations to and from all its network destinations.
