Al Salam Specialist Hospital signs Contact Center agreement with Silah Gulf

Al Salam Specialist Hospital has signed a partnership with Silah Gulf towards the provision of Contact Center Services. Through this partnership, Al Salam Specialist Hospital will gain access to the most advanced Contact Center technology and BPO solutions provided by Silah, to ensure the highest quality of services to ASSH’s valued customers through an efficient, accurate and prompt response, officials said.
“Silah is providing a dedicated team of well-trained, multi-lingual customer service experts to deliver service excellence to Al Salam Specialist Hospital customers," said Al Salam Specialist Hospital CEO Dr Ramez Elawady.
