The American Mission Hospital (AMH) has announced it is opening its Soza health and wellness assessments to the general public, starting this Saturday.
AMH, the exclusive delivery partner for Soza Health in Bahrain, has launched SOZA to provide preventative health support and guidance to Bahrain’s citizens and residents.
During the last three months, AMH has conducted a pilot programme, providing Soza Health assessments for the staff of many companies which include YMH (Yousuf Mahmood Hussain), Gulf House Medical Systems, Akhbar Al Khaleej, Danube, In Touch – Integrated Rehabilitation Centre, Health Care 360, GEMs, BKIC-GIG, Globe Med, NextCare, and AMH itself.
Trained AMH clinicians conduct these assessments and, in less than an hour, each person can find out where he or she stands on the health and wellness spectrum.
“At AMH, we now focus more on wellness initiatives because illness treatments can be avoided with healthy lifestyles.
With organisations like Soza Health, which base their testing systems and algorithms on excellent medical research, we can show a health report card to customers so that they can take corrective steps in nutrition and fitness.
And, these remedial lifestyles could result in greater immunization against illnesses too,”said Dr George Cheriyan, the Corporate CEO of AMH. “With 90 data readings taken in just over 35 minutes, and loaded into Soza’s secure cloud system, each customer would know how his or her body is performing from the health rating they receive,” said Tim King, the CEO of SOZA Health UK. “We received very good response during the pilot programme for ‘corporate wellness’ and are now delighted to offer ‘public wellness’ services too”, said Paul Groom, Director of Dhu3.
