American Mission Hospital awarded Diamond Accreditation by NHRA

American Mission Hospital (AMH) has been awarded Diamond status once again, the highest level among accreditation statuses given by Bahrain’s National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA).
NHRA, after its recent survey of AMH’s policies and procedures, said that the hospital has attained more than 95% of the required accreditation standards to qualify for the award.
The hospital’s Manama main branch and also the Amwaj and Saar Medical Centres have attained this distinction of a Diamond Status.
Congratulating the staff, corporate Chief Executive Dr George Cheriyan and Julia Tovey, the Group CEO, in a joint letter said: “Your tireless efforts on the front line each day in improving quality, patient safety and experience have paid off well.
There is no finish line for Excellence in Quality.
“The last 12 months have been particularly difficult for all of us due to the effects of the COVID pandemic.
