Ithmaar Bank launches special financing offers for Danaat Al Baraka villas

Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, has launched special financing offers for villas at the Danaat Al Baraka development located in Jannusan, Budaiya.

The offers, the bank said, are designed exclusively for beneficiaries of the Mazaya programme, the social housing scheme to help eligible nationals buy their first homes.

The Danaat Al Baraka development in Jannusan, Budaiya, includes 211 new villas, with four different contemporary designs, consisting of two floors with four rooms, a spacious hall, a kitchen, a room for a domestic worker, and a garage consisting of two parking spaces.

This project, developed in collaboration with Eskan Bank and Danaat Al Baraka Company for beneficiaries of the Mazaya programme, has 73,514 square meters in area.

Ithmaar Bank General Manager, Retail Banking Group, Mohammed Janahi, said the project allows Bahraini families to settle in an ideal environment with high-quality housing opportunities at affordable prices.

“Citizens who are interested in purchasing Danaat Al Baraka villas will benefit from the special financing solutions we developed to help them buy their first homes,” said Janahi. The special financing offers include the option of repayment of up to 25 years with no down payment, no evaluation fees, and no administration fees.

“The offer includes Home Takaful Insurance protection cover. Furthermore, customers will be able to obtain personal finance to be paid over 15 years, with competitive profit rates,” he said.
