Alsayah Square signs leasing agreement with Americana Restaurants

Alsayah Square, the first commercial and medical complex of its kind in Busaiteen, announced the signing of a leasing agreement with Krispy Kreme and Pizza Hut operated by Americana Restaurants - a division of Americana Group.
Americana Group owns exclusive franchise rights for the management and operation of over 1,800 restaurants representing some of the world’s leading food & beverage outlets in 13 markets across the Middle East, North Africa, and CIS.
The Pizza Hut outlet spans over an area of 160 sqm and comprises a seating capacity of 36 people, while the doughnut giant, Krispy Kreme is spread over 80 sqm.
Krispy Kreme has already opened its doors to customers.
Pizza Hut will be operational by the 4th quarter this year.
Alsayah square spread over an area of 100,000 sq. ft., is located across King Hamad University Hospital.
The complex currently houses the recently opened Mega Mart, the largest supermarket in Busaiteen along with Eye Vision, McDonald’s, Baskin’ Robbins, Dunkin’, Khafayef, Hashem Restaurant and Cine Café name a few.
Commenting on the deal a senior representative at Alsayah Square said, “We are extremely elated to have signed this deal to bring in Pizza Hut and Krispy Kreme to Alsayah Square and hope to continue receiving an overwhelmingly positive response.”
