Solidarity named best General, online insurance company in Bahrain

Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in Bahrain and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has been awarded two prestigious accolades by The Global Economics magazine as the “Best General Insurance Company for Innovation in Bahrain”, and the “Best Online Insurance Company in Bahrain” for the year 2021.

The award, Solidarity said, reflects the company’s exceptional performance and commitment towards elevating its customer experience.

The company said it maintained its reputation as an industry leader for innovation and digitisation by launching several innovative new products and services.

“These include the AI (Artificial Intelligence) Chatbot service on the WhatsApp for Business platform, Video Insurance service, and exclusive products like Personal Cyber Insurance cover, all of which were the first of their kind in Bahrain and the region,” Solidarity added.
