Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain first to bring new payment solutions through BenefitPay

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain announced its cooperation with The BENEFIT Company to be the first Bank to launch a new feature that will allow customers to inquire about and pay their credit card bills seamlessly using the Fawateer service on the Bank’s online payment channels as well as via the BenefitPay application. 

Hamed Mashal, Head of Retail Banking at KFH–Bahrain said: 

“As part of our ongoing digital transformation strategy, we are pleased to offer our valued customers the digital service of credit card bill inquiry and payments through Fawateer service with Benefit. 

This facility is available to all clients via the Bank’s official digital channels as well as through the BenefitPay application.” 

“We would like to encourage all relevant institutions in the banking and finance sector in the Kingdom to activate these services, to jointly contribute towards the advancement of digital payment solutions for the public in the Kingdom,” said Shafaq AlKooheji, the Head of Payment Services at the BENEFIT it Company. 

KFH said it is looking forward to adding more digital payment services and solutions through the BenefitPay application to provide its customers with an advanced and integrated experience.
