Zain Bahrain enhances 5G experience in East Hidd

Zain Bahrain, a telecommunications industry innovator in the Kingdom, announced the completion of the permanent deployment of 5G network enhancements in East Hidd, making it Bahrain’s first telecom to reach this milestone in the newly developed area.

Residents of East Hidd can enjoy reliable, fast, and uninterrupted internet access and mobile services as a result of the upgrade, which is a small part of a wider plan by Zain Bahrain to deploy enhancements at new sites across the Kingdom and ensure reliable 5G and 4G services for all customers.

Zain Bahrain Director of Technology, Ali Isa Alyaham said: “Zain Bahrain is constantly investing in its 5G and 4G infrastructure to ensure it has the most advanced network with the widest and most reliable coverage. We noticed that East Hidd, being a new area, was being underserved.

Accordingly, we took immediate steps to deploy a temporary fix until we could have a permanent solution installed. With the new enhancement, East Hidd residents now have access to the latest and most advanced wireless technology the world has to offer.

This is in line with our commitment to provide the best experience and support in the Kingdom, to help it achieve its digital transformation goals and better serve citizens and residents.”
