Ramadan tradition lives on with Gulf Air

Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier, distributed Ramadan Iftar boxes to its employees working on the shift system at its headquarters in Muharraq and at Bahrain International Airport.

Captain Walid Al Alawi, Gulf Air’s acting CEO, and members of the executive management paid a visit to the employees at their workplaces close to Maghreb prayer time and handed over breakfast boxes to them.

Captain Al Alawi congratulated them on the occasion of Ramadan and praised their dedication and efforts to continue the airline’s work during this Holy Month, as Gulf Air is a global airline serving its passengers from all over the world.

He also urged them to continue their exceptional performance, which benefits the airline’s development and customer experience.

The initiative to distribute Ramadan breakfast boxes has become a distinct tradition for Gulf Air during the blessed month for several years.

The national carrier lends a helping hand and participate in the Bahraini community to which it belongs, in accordance with its principles of community partnership and keenness on its effective role in the communities in which it operates.

The Ramadan Iftar box distribution initiative is the first in a series of activities and events planned by Gulf Air throughout the Holy Month.
