Ahli United Bank launches Credit Card bill payment via BenefitPay

Ahli United Bank (AUB) has unveiled the inclusion of its credit cards under BenefitPay’s Fawateer service. The new payment channel will enable customers to enquire about their credit card balances and settle them directly from any bank account with just a few taps.

The service is available 24/7, free of charge. This latest initiative falls in line with the bank’s aim of providing safe and convenient experiences by leveraging the best FinTech capabilities available both on and off the Island. Even better, a customer can save the credit card on the BenefitPay app for future payments; thereby saving time on subsequent enquiries and transactions.

“Our partnership with BENEFIT has allowed us to stay ahead of the curve in this regard by adopting the digital solutions that simplify our customers’ daily needs” said Suvrat Saigal, Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer – Retail Banking.

The new integration compliments the lifestyle proposition of AUB’s Credit Cards with various discounts and offers, lounge access (for world card holders), and AUB’s Pearl Rewards Programme, where points can be redeemed into Talabat Credit, Sharaf DG Gift Cards, Gulf Air Miles, Dadabhai Travel Vouchers, and so much more.
