Training is led by the bank’s Training and Development team with the support of various training facilities in the Kingdom. The programme will offer training across several departments and disciplines such as; industry knowledge, functional simulations, introduction to the bank’s departments, as well as first aid and sign language.

Dana Buheji, Group Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer at NBB, said: “NBB reiterates its promise towards upskilling our youth as we are committed to our role in investing in the future of the Kingdom and the community.”
