NBB, Roland Berger join hands for “Transformation Pulse” report

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB)’s Group Financial Restructuring team has collaborated with Roland Berger, a leading European consultancy, to publish the “Transformation Pulse” Report - a joint survey conducted by both entities.
The survey-based study aims to shed light on recent and planned transformation efforts, with a focus on SMEs and firms based in the Kingdom. The report explores various growth expectations within the region and industry, along with a number of programmes that highlight the need for transformation.
Bruce Wade, Chief Executive – Group Financial Restructuring at NBB, said: “The study highlights the importance of SMEs as a key area for growth within the bank, with the addition of extending our insights beyond the local industry.” Sassan Hatam, Partner at Roland Berger, said: “Together with NBB, we envisioned this joint study to serve as platform for dialogue with the private sector and the broader stakeholder ecosystem, to define transformation priorities and ways to foster sustainable growth.
