Zain Bahrain Basketball arena is first to offer 5G in Bahrain

Zain Bahrain (BSE: ZAINBH), a telecommunications industry innovator in the Kingdom, has officially launched a 5G network in Zain Bahrain Basketball Arena in Manama, making it the first arena in the Kingdom to offer such a highspeed complimentary network service for all visitors.
The highspeed 5G network for the ultimate connected basketball fan experience is now available for everyone visiting the Zain Bahrain Basketball arena with the start of the new basketball season in September after Zain’s successful trials.
The service covers the entire arena, including the seated areas and around the arena. Ghazi Faisal Radhi, Zain Bahrain Media & Investor Relations Manager, commented, “This next-generation technology available at Zain Bahrain Basketball Arena should enhance the game-day experience for basketball fans and visitors and provide greater bandwidth with much higher-quality video for everyone inside the venue.”
