The Oil and Gas Holding Company Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Nouf Al Sowaidi, was awarded the ‘Top Most HR Leaders – GCC’ at the GCC Best Employer Brand Awards 2022.
As a prominent thought leader in the industry, nogaholding said, Al Sowaidi leveraged her years of experience to implement a core Human Resources strategy within nogaholding and its subsidiaries.
She has been instrumental in the establishment and restructuring of HR departments and policies by holding various roles across multiple business sectors in the Kingdom. The 9th edition of the GCC Best Employer Brand Awards took place on 13th October 2022 at the Taj Dubai Hotel, UAE.
Hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, Al Sowaidi attended as a guest of honour alongside several of the GCC and Middle East’s top HR leaders from various industries.
