Long-awaited Arabic pop-up returns with new dishes at Four Seasons

This fall, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay brings back the Arabic pop-up restaurant at the beach.
With newly added mezze, salads, main dishes, and desserts on the menu, as well as an enriched selection of mocktails and beverages, the authentic experience at the beach continues to be a culinary feast for Arabic cuisine aficionados.
Leading the talented oriental culinary team of Four Seasons, Oriental Specialty Chef Tony El Khoury created new recipes for the Arabic pop-up menu to feast on the guests' taste buds.
Among the new mezze and salads are the Fattoush served in Khubz Bread Basket, which stands out with a pleasing presentation, Falafel Salad with Homemade Pickles and Nuts and Labneh, Garlic served with Dry Mint and Seafood Provençal.
Beef Shawarma with French Fries and Salmon Harra with Sautéed Broccoli will be guests' new favourite main dishes.
Chef Tony also re-created the traditional Manakish and presented them with a selection of Zaatar Shanklish, Halloumi Pesto with Black Olives, and, Sujuk and Cheese.
Preparing his variation of the Manakish, Chef Tony was inspired by the famous Pinza Romana recipe of the hotel's Executive Chef Leonardo Di Clemente, which gave this traditional dish a new light and crispy form.
At the finishing, a crowd-pleaser, the Chocolate Banana with Pistachio, will be the new sweet ending of the dinner.
The à la carte menu is complemented by a premium selection of Moroccan Tea, Arabic Coffee, and Turkish Coffee.
This memorable dinner with authentic flavours will be experienced in the stunning atmosphere of Bahrain Bay.
