Export Bahrain and Danube showcase ‘Made in Bahrain’ products

Export Bahrain attended the opening ceremony of Danube Supermarket at AlLiwan, Hamala, which was inaugurated by Zayed R. Alzayani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, to celebrate Danube’s first branch outside Saudi Arabia.
Managed by BinDawood Holding, Danube Supermarket is one of the leading grocery retailers, with branches spread across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In a joint effort to promote Bahrain-made products and shed light on the productivity of local businesses, a selection of products of national origin was showcased at the opening ceremony, all of which are to displayed in local and over 82 regional branches of Danube in future.
Danube’s 82nd branch, the first out of KSA, confirms their strong commitment and tireless efforts to promote products of local origin regionally.
Export Bahrain said it will work closely with Danube Supermarket to identify demanded products across all product segments and increase the presence of home-made quality items.
