BAS, BIBF join hands to build leadership Capacity in Aviation

Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF). Mohamed Khalil the CEO of BAS, and Dr Ahmed Al Shaikh, Director at BIBF, signed the deal, in the presence of officials from both parties yesterday on the final day of the Bahrain International Airshow.
As per the deal, BIBF will be providing BAS employees with a development programme aimed at refining their management and supervisory skills, in addition to training in Project Management, Financial Literacy, Budgeting for Managers and Customer Experience.
Through this programme, BAS aims to build strong human capital capable of successfully progressing within their career paths. Employees from different departments will undergo a range of development programs at the BIBF.
