International Motor Trading Agency (IMTA), the authorised distributor for Mazda passenger vehicles in Bahrain, has opened a brandnew 3S-sales, service and spares facility in Arad.
The new three-in-one facility is over 2,500 square metres and includes a new state-of-the-art showroom, a dedicated sales service centre and a spare parts hub.
Commenting on the new showroom, International Motor Trading Agency President Suzan Salman Kanoo said, “We are pleased to announce the new facility which is a celebration of our long-lasting, 55-year partnership with Mazda and we are proud to work in cohesion to further expand our operations.”
International Motor Trading Agency Vice President K N Singh said, “We did extensive research that showed us our customers in the Muharraq region wanted the reassurance of top-quality care for their car with the added convenience of being close to them.
This facility will address all their needs providing a seamless experience where they can check out the new models available while their car is getting serviced or buy spare parts and accessories from the hub.”
The new facility also has an office area on the mezzanine floor and an additional display area on the 1st floor.
The service facility of 2,017 sqm has 5 working days.
Mazda-trained technicians are on-hand to resolve all customer queries and there’s also a dedicated spare-parts counter available for Muharraq customers who can purchase or place parts orders.
IMTA expects the new service facility to reduce the workload of the other 2 facilities in Sitra and Tubli, leading to an increase in efficiency in the future.
The new facility is in Building 25, of Road 40 at Block 240 in Arad.
IMTA also operates a car service centre in Tubli spread over 16,000 square metres.
