BisB holds health awareness initiatives for employees

Bahrain Islamic Ba n k (BisB) recently organized a number of initiatives aimed at raising awareness around men’s health issues as well as preventative and treatment measures, in conjunction with the annual global “Movember” campaign.
A series of initiatives were hosted across November 2022, including the participation of number of staff in a virtual symposium in collaboration with BarnaMedical Consultants Centre, presented by Dr Raouf El Barnachawy, Consultant in Urology & Andrology.
The Bank’s Social Committee also displayed an awareness poster at the Bank’s main entrance, and distributed leaflets, gifts, and blue badges to the Bank’s employees in support of cancer fighters.
Commenting on the occasion, Afnan Ahmed Saleh, Chief Human Resources Officer at BisB, said, “We are firmly committed to organizing additional awareness initiatives to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and the community at large.”
