BCCI keen on enhancing international partnership: Sameer Nass

Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, Sameer Nass, yesterday stressed the keenness of the Bahrain Chamber on expanding international partnerships with brotherly and friendly countries.
He spoke about the potentials for deepening economic cooperation with Singapore in light of the similarities between both countries.
This came during a meeting with the Chairman and members of the Singapore Business Federation on the sidelines of 17th Asia-Pacific Regional Meeting in Singapore.
The meeting started on Tuesday and will conclude tomorrow.
Nass touched upon Bahrain’s march in upskilling its workforce to spear economic development, which lie at the core of its economic vision 2030.
He also spoke about the advancements in the health, work environment, tourism, and investment fields, posing opportunities for both countries to enhance cooperation, accelerate trade, and encourage joint investments.
The meeting also discussed global challenges that hindered economic growth and stressed the need to bolster economic cooperation and build resilient partnerships to withstand challenges, enhance economic gains, and achieve mutual goals.
Nass pointed out Bahrain Chamber’s efforts to support its members to have representation in international organisations, which proved its effectiveness in shaping policies in line with the human development strategy of Bahrain, and by means that serve economic stability, growth, and sustainability.
