Nissan, Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Foundation plant a tree for every car sold

Y.K. Almoayyed & sons, the sole distributor of Nissan Vehicles in Bahrain, inaugurated a tree plantation activity along with Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Foundation.
The Foundation said it planted a tree against every car purchased and planted 231 trees since January of this year.
The move is part of Nissan’s commitment to reducing carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices. The event was attended by Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Foundation board members, officials from Nissan Bahrain and the Capital Municipality team.
Ahmed Al Dailami, General Manager, Nissan Bahrain, said: “The initiative was implemented in collaboration with Yousif & Aysha Almoayyed Foundation.”
He said, “Nissan will work with this prestigious Foundation to identify suitable locations for tree planting and to ensure that the trees are planted and maintained correctly.”
