BisB announces promotions to senior management positions

Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB), a provider of digital banking services in Bahrain, has announced promoting several employees to senior management positions.

These included 17% of total members: 44% women and 56% men.

BisB said it is currently integrating a strategy to ensure equal opportunities, impartiality, and administrative justice, while also supporting talented employees and nurturing them throughout their career paths.

Afnan Saleh, Chief Human Resources Officer, said: “We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all the employees who have been promoted across different divisions and departments in the Bank.

These promotions recognize the staff’s potential and their loyalty to the organization, contributing to our current level of excellence and leadership in Islamic banking in Bahrain.

Female employees occupy approximately 50% of the total promotions in senior management positions, which, the Bank said, testifies its commitment towards young Bahraini leaders, empowering women and gender equality.
