Nass highlights integration, diversification of Arab Economies at ALO conference

Integration of Arab economies and the diversification of industries and products took centre stage as Sameer Nass addressed the 49th session of the Arab Labour Organisation’s Conference (ALO) in Cairo.
Nass, the President of the Union of Arab Chambers and Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber, emphasised that these measures are crucial for fully utilising the region’s capabilities.
He also urged all stakeholders to intensify their efforts in improving the labor market to meet the aspirations of the people.
Nass highlighted the Union of Arab Chambers’ initiative and endeavours to develop mechanisms that promote collective Arab action and coordinate efforts.
Furthermore, he called for the implementation of the provisions outlined in the “Jeddah Summit” declaration, emphasising the importance of uniting Arab efforts to build a future based on creativity and innovation while remaining responsive to various developments that contribute to the security, stability, and well-being of the people.
