BisB joins Housing Finance expo with financing solutions

For the second consecutive year, Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) is participating in the Housing Finance Exhibition hosted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in cooperation with Eskan Bank.
The exhibition, held at City Center Bahrain from the 15th of June until the 24th of June, includes an overview of around 10,000 individual units, which are presented by Eskan Bank and 19 developers, while representatives of eight banks are attending to provide financing solutions.
The exhibition is a Ministry-led initiative which helps to further involve the private sector in facilitating housing solutions and offers housing-related services and facilities, including primary and auxiliary housing finance.
Moreover, the Exhibition will focus on informing citizens about the latest housing financing solutions included in the “Tas’heel” and “Mazaya 2.0” programmes.
Fatema AlAlawi – Chief Retail Banking Officer at BisB, said; “This participation reflects our commitment to providing citizens with suitable housing financing solutions and options to secure the right property for them by taking advantage of the available housing programmes.”
BisB said it is offering competitive financing solutions and free fire insurance at its stand at the exhibition.
The Bank’s customers will be able to access financing without the need for advance payments, administrative fees, or real estate evaluation fees. Customers will also benefit from a grace period of up to six months, the first 30 applicants to apply for financing at the Bank’s stand will receive prizes and a chance to win BD 1,000 as part of the “Tejoori Gift” certificates.
These benefits will include all applicants who have submitted for and are eligible to benefit from housing finance programs.
The Ministry, in partnership with the Eskan Bank, will formally introduce units from the “Suhail Project,” which falls under the auspices of the government’s land development rights programme.
It includes 132 residential villas consisting of three-bedroom which are listed at BD 99,000 per property and are exclusively available to those eligible for housing service. The remaining units of “Deerat Al Oyoun” project, and “Danaat Al Lawzi” project– in addition to plots within the “Almsayyan” real estate project – will also be displayed at the exhibition.
