Al Baraka Islamic Bank concludes ‘Aspire’ graduate training program

In accordance with the directives of the Central Bank of Bahrain and the Bahrain Association of Banks, and in line with their commitment and efforts towards the future development of the youth of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Al Baraka Islamic Bank has recently announced the successful completion of its “Aspire” training program for university graduates.

As part of the program, graduates received intensive training in various practical divisions of the bank in order to prepare graduates to work in the Islamic banking sector, learning about how work is done and getting to know the activities associated with these occupations.

Speaking on the occasion, Abdullah Suwaileh, Head of Human Resources & Administration at Al Baraka Islamic Bank, said, “Our youth empowerment is vital towards our country’s development.

And this program comes as part of our commitment to train and develop national capabilities to be specialized in Islamic banking.

“Here, the graduates received six months of continuous practical training in a practical work environment within the bank’s many departments, while acquiring the basic work skills required in the labour market.”
