Bahrain and Pakistan mull cooperation in transportation

Mohammed bin Thamer Al-Kaabi, the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, held talks with Asad Mehmood, Pakistan’s Minister of Communications, as part of his official visit to Pakistan.
Waleed Al-Alawi, CEO of Gulf Aiir, Ibtissam Mohammed Al-Shamlan, Assistant Undersecretary for Air Transport and Aviation Safety at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications, and Fatima Abulla Al-Dhaen, Chief of Asian and Pacific Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were present.
The two sides reviewed the ongoing cooperation and partnership relations between the two countries. They also discussed ways to enhance bilateral ties in all fields, particularly transportation and logistics services.
Al-Kaabi affirmed the kingdom’s keenness to strengthen cooperation frameworks in the field of transportation and to discuss the exchange of successful experiences and initiatives with various countries.
