Takaful promotes several Bahrainis

Takaful International Company, a leading Islamic insurance provider in Bahrain, has announced the promotion of several Bahraini staff members.

This move is a testament to the company's commitment to developing local talent, driving innovation, and fostering growth in the insurance industry.

Amal Al-Saei has been promoted to the position of Information Technology Manager. She joined the company in 2004 and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Bahrain.

Additionally, she has obtained a CMI diploma in management and leadership from the Chartered Management Institute - UK, as well as an Insurance Diploma from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance. Sara Bucheeri has been promoted to Human Resources Manager.

Bucheeri joined Takaful in 2020, bringing with her over 10 years of experience in Human Resources.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Information System from the University of Bahrain and has completed the Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (2013).

Currently, she is a CIPD Associate holding a Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (2020).

Hasan AlMansoor has been promoted to the position of specialist in General Takaful.

With more than 12 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, he joined the company in 2020.

AlMansoor holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and has received various awards and certificates in the field.

Notably, he is an Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) certified professional and has an advanced diploma in insurance, along with a certificate in Takaful.

Abdulaziz Al-Othman, Deputy CEO of Takaful International, expressed his pride in promoting local talents and providing them with opportunities for professional growth and development.
