Alba commited to Bahraini youth development

In line with Aluminium Bahrain (Alba)’s commitment to Bahraini youth development, the CEO Ali Al Baqali congratulated more than 90 trainee students on the completion of their On-Job-Training (OJT) programmes, carried throughout this year, during a ceremony held yesterday at the Company’s premises.
Every year, Alba welcomes university and school students for hands-on training placements across its various operational and support functions as per their respective specialisations. Since the beginning of 2023, Alba has provided OJT opportunities to 141 students, of whom 54 were females.
