With more than 15 years in the academe, a book author, and being the best version of herself outside work, Caren Rimando Bansolay is a recipient of the Outstanding Leadership Award 2023 by a nonprofit organization based in Dubai, UAE and Las Vegas, USA after rigorous scrutiny and evaluation process.

She has taught English as Second Language and English as a Foreign Language to diverse learners in several universities in different countries to date. She currently works as the Corporate Communications Officer at the University of Technology Bahrain (UTB).

As an author, she puts a high value on diction defined by social contexts coupled with proper language research. She extends her services outside the classroom as an international university stakeholder, research editorial board member, public speaking trainer, and more so as an all-out supporter to her former students in reaching their dream careers.

When asked about her inspiration, she says that she always looks up to all the people who have supported her all the way and that teaching is her medium to give back the inspiration and stand out in all challenges along the way.
