ASRY wins two awards in Human Resources Development

The Arab Ship building and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has received two awards for Human Resources Development from the HRM Summit Awards 2023.
The awarding ceremony was held in Bahrain, under the patronage of Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, the Minister of Labour, between 9 and 10 October 2023.
The Excellency in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award was received by the ASRY HR Division, whereas the HR Manager of the Year Award was accorded to ASRY HR Manager, Ms. Hanan Ahmed Alali.
The awards were received on behalf of the company by the Support Services General Manager & the Human Resources Senior Manger Duaij bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, and the Human Resources Manager, Hanan Al-Ali, during the ceremony held at the Intercontinental Regency Hotel on October 9, 2023.
He commented: “We will continue to support our human resources to create a positive work environment that realizes employee satisfaction, seeing as they are an integral partner in the company’s advancement.”
