HE Maryam Adnan Al Ansari, Assistant Undersecretary for Projects in the Prime Minister’s Office and Chairman of the Government Land Investment Committee, has highlighted the government’s commitment to bolstering cooperation with the private sector.
This aims to foster development across various sectors by creating new and high-quality opportunities for investors and real estate developers.
The focus is on providing the necessary support to stimulate vital sectors and sustain economic growth.
Following the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s agreement with Delmon Gate Company to construct 131 new housing units in Salman City, covering a total area of 23,000 square metres, Al Ansari stressed the significance of leveraging investment opportunities through the government land investment platform.
This serves as a channel for private sector involvement in government projects, she noted.
The signed agreement aligns with efforts to fortify partnerships with the private sector, encouraging investment and land development for diverse purposes such as residential, commercial, entertainment, educational, and healthcare.
Moreover, it accelerates the implementation of development projects in Bahrain, in line with the principles of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, focusing on competitiveness, sustainability, and equity.
