Civil society groups praised for key role in youth development

The Minister of Social Development, HE Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfour, has praised the efforts of civil society organisations and their distinguished role in pursuing the aspirations and priorities of society, especially the youth group, by strengthening effective partnerships with various sectors.
Al Asfour was speaking at a ceremony marking the successful end of the fifth Personal Financial Awareness Program (Dinari).
The event, organised by the Youth Leadership Association, was held in a strategic partnership with the Labour Fund, Tamkeen, Zain Bahrain, and the Abdul Rahim Al-Kooheji Charitable Foundation.
Present in the ceremony were representatives of government and private agencies in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The minister pointed out that the Youth Leadership Association is considered one of the most prominent youth associations that constantly seeks to develop the performance of its volunteer and humanitarian work.
