Ithmaar Bank marks women’s day

Ithmaar Bank, a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, marked Bahraini Women’s Day by honouring its women employees and collaborating with a local businesswoman for “honouring women's efforts with women's creativity”.
Ithmaar Bank Head of Enterprise Support Services and Sustainability, Einas Raheemi, said: “We are proud to announce that the Bahranisation among women employees in Ithmaar Bank has reached 100 percent,” she said. “Women play key roles at all levels and across all departments at the Bank,” said Raheemi. “They represent 36 percent of the employees’ total workforce, 18 percent of senior management roles, and 33 percent of the members of the Board of Directors.
The Bank’s growth and continued success would not have been possible without them,’ she said.
