Takaful International says women occupies 85% of management jobs

Takaful International celebrated Bahraini Women’s Day by highlighting its management team comprising a strong representation of Bahraini women.
The Chief Executive Officer of Takaful International, Essam Al-Ansari, said, “With over 85% of our management team comprising Bahraini women, we celebrate their accomplishments and invaluable contributions to our company’s growth and success.”
Sara Bucheeri, the HR Manager at Takaful International added, “We are dedicated to providing equal opportunities for all employees, empowering women, and creating a workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.”
It is worth mentioning that Takaful International Company was honored with the prestigious HRH Princess Sabeeka Bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa Award for Bahraini Women Advancement in its third edition.
