Zain Bahrain celebrates completion of DEI training for CEO and Chiefs

Zain Bahrain has announced the successful completion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training for its CEO and chiefs. The DEI training programme enhances awareness and understanding of diversity-related issues and principles.
The training covered various topics, including unconscious bias, cultural competence, inclusive leadership, and creating an inclusive work environment. Rana Al Majid, Zain Bahrain’s Chief Human Resources Officer, said: "This training underscores the telco’s commitment to fostering a belonging culture and promoting inclusivity.
